Craig has run 1-Fix, a managed service provider in the Thames Valley, for nearly 25 years. Today it has 17 staff and around 100 clients under support, and in 2026 it opened 1-Fix East. The AI Business Brain was first built and proven inside 1-Fix, where it's known as 1-Brain.

Guy has spent more than 20 years in the MSP industry, with a particular drive towards security. He was part of InsideAgent, which gave insight into Microsoft 365 security and configuration and was recently sold to Huntress. His security background is why everything Linktelligent builds starts with permissions, data protection and control.

Most AI conversations at MSP events were “Level 1”
Sitting in IT events like GTIA, Network Group and Elovade, Craig and Guy kept hearing the same thing: selling Copilot agents, or dabbling with chat tools. The skills needed to deliver good AI projects are quite different from the skills in an MSP's technical team. So we started Linktelligent to help MSPs get AI working in their own business first, then help their clients.
MSPs are the custodians of both the data and the client relationships. They're the trusted advisor, which makes them the best route to good AI outcomes for their clients.

Every tool we offer runs inside 1-Fix first. If it doesn't save that team time, we don't sell it.
