Baseline
Answer 17 questions about how your MSP runs today. On a free 30-minute call we go through your readiness score, name three quick wins, and show you the AI Business Brain working live at 1-Fix.

Roadmap
We run recorded workshops with your team and turn them into a ranked list of AI opportunities with ROI estimates, your Business Brain question list, a one-page AI policy (built live at the workshop) and a fixed quote for your first project. Completing the Roadmap makes you a Partner.
Cost: £1,950 fixed, 100% credited against your first project if you go ahead within 60 days

Install
We set up the AI Business Brain and connect it to the systems agreed in your Roadmap, such as your PSA, finance, documentation and tickets. Our guarantee: live, or we keep going. We keep working at no extra cost until it's connected and your team is trained.
Cost: £5,950 one-off (£4,000 after the Roadmap credit), then £700 a month

Daily use
Your team uses it every day. That's how you see the savings for yourself, and why you'll sell it with confidence. The monthly fee covers maintenance, support and all future updates.

Go to clients
One meeting with each client covers their key points and pain points and finds the pilot that becomes their first paid AI engagement. We give you the method so your account managers can run it. Upload the transcript to our platform, get a quote, and we check it before you use it.
Cost: Your first call run by us is free; after that £499 per meeting if you'd like us to run it

Earn
We deliver the work under your brand and stay in the background. You earn 20% of everything your introduced clients buy, for life: Roadmaps, AI Business Brains, monthly fees and projects. Platinum Partners earn 25%.
Cost: 20% for life (25% for Platinum)
All prices exclude VAT. Payment plan available: 3 × £1,995, or 3 × £1,350 after the Roadmap credit.

Roadmap first
Every MSP completes the AI Readiness Roadmap before we consult for them or their clients. It's how we make sure the work is worth doing.
Brain highly advised
The AI Business Brain isn't required before we consult, but we highly advise it. It's hard to sell what your own team doesn't use.
Two partner tiers
A completed Roadmap makes you a Partner, earning 20%. Platinum Partners are on the AI Business Brain and earn 25%.
